The Kojosho System ko jo sho
Kojosho Kempo Karate teaches a time-honored martial art that offers its students a life time of study, reflection and growth.
the History of Kojosho traces its roots back to 3rd century China and the physician, Hua T'o, who developed a series of exercises based on five animal movements. the Philosophy of Kojosho embraces the inseparable bond between martial application and artistic expression. In war, the soul must become the warrior. In peace, the soul becomes the artist. the Teachings of Kojosho are an extensive set of fluid Animal/Element Postures, Animal sets performed in 2-person, 3-person, with weapons, plus traditional kata and tournament training.
